Postpartum Doula Care
Intentional Care with Intuitive and Practical Healing
Providing full-spectrum, holistic care that honors your family’s unique needs, supporting your journey into parenthood with confidence, ease, and peace.
What Can You Expect from a Postpartum Doula?
The primary role of a postpartum doula is to care for the new mother—ensuring that her needs are met so she can tend to and care for her newborn. The duties of a postpartum doula are dynamic by nature, stepping in where one is needed most. Whether that be maintaining the beauty of your home, preparing nourishing meals for the mother, or providing support to older siblings, we are here to honor and respect your unique needs during this time.
Mamas,
As you welcome your little one into the world, I am here to care for you as you care for your newborn.

How do I know if a postpartum doula is the right fit for me? Whether you are pregnant and seeking support after birth, or you have already given birth, postpartum doulas are here to support you.
Each family's need for support during the postpartum period varies, and doulas provide personalized care to meet those needs. If you are interested in hiring a postpartum doula but are unsure if it's the right choice for you, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation!
How does a postpartum doula differ from a night/baby nurse, midwife, nanny, or breastfeeding specialist? A postpartum doula is a trained professional who specializes in the postpartum period and newborn stages of life. They provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to mothers, birthing parents, new parents, and families, offering emotional, physical, and educational assistance during the initial days or weeks after the baby is born. Postpartum doulas do not perform clinical tasks or medical exams.
What does a typical postpartum doula schedule look like? Visits are scheduled in advance between the family and I, based on your needs.
What are the next steps? If you're interested in receiving postpartum care, please fill out the form below. I will then reach out to gather some information and schedule a consultation call to discuss how I can best support your family.

Meet Victoria
Hi parents! I’m Victoria, a postpartum doula devoted to supporting families gracefully transition into the expansion of their homes and new roles in the initial weeks of parenthood. I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where each family member can thrive. When care is centered around the mother and family, I believe it empowers you to reconnect with what you already know- your innate wisdom.
My method of postpartum care is rooted in traditional (and ancient) healing modalities, nurturing the new mother and her support systems back to life. I advocate for maternal well-being, holding the belief that the health and well-being of a mother is the health and well-being of her baby.
With my years of experience as a creative specializing in branding, identity work and somatic healing, I’ve gained an understanding of the transformation involved in bringing new ideas and life into this world. I offer a unique perspective, weaving creativity and communications with postpartum care.
I am here to meet the unique dynamics and needs of each family, anchored in grounded presence, love, and respect.
Wishing you and your family a graceful postpartum period,
Victoria
