Root to Rise Postpartum Care

Intentional and Practical Care for Your Fourth Trimester

Offered online and in-person

Dear Mama,

You may be wondering—

“What can I expect from a postpartum doula? Do I need this kind of support?”

You’re prepared to meet the journey ahead…

But what if this time was just as much about receiving as it is about giving?

In-Person & Online Support

  • "I wanted to start with "working with Victoria" but actually the right way to say it would be "growing with Victoria." Growing with Victoria has been an absolute blessing. I wouldn't have wanted to have anyone else but Victoria to help me navigate the past 9 months. Victoria listens, says what has to be said, loves you, hugs you. I felt so at ease and free and open with her. She has been here for times that were really hard, and beautiful ones as well, she has guided me through storms and hold my hand along the way. I cannot use the word coach when I talk about Victoria, what comes to my mind is a friend, a sister even, who dances with you, cries with, laughs with you, who calls you out when need be. I cannot even explain the growth I have experienced with Victoria by my side, thank you T."

  • "When it was time to rebrand my jewelry line and create a new online presence, I was referred to Victoria. She is amazing! Her branding skills are invaluable, from the creation of the color palette to the website layout. She is professional, listens to ideas and intuitively pulls it all together. What a blessing to work with her – I highly recommend Victoria for your project!"

Meet Victoria

Hi parents!

I’m Victoria, a postpartum doula devoted to supporting families gracefully transition into the expansion of their homes and new roles in the initial weeks of parenthood.

I believe that when care is centered around the mother and family, it empowers you to connect with what you already know- your innate wisdom.

My methods for postpartum care are rooted in traditional (and ancient) healing modalities, designed to nurture the mother and her support system back to everyday life. I advocate for maternal well-being, holding the belief that the health and well-being of the mother are essential to the health and well-being of her baby.

With years of experience as a creative helping women bring their visions to life, I developed a passion for birth. I’ve witnessed the profound transformation that occurs when new life enters this world, providing me with a deep understanding of the identity and cyclical changes that arise during big life transitions. I bring this wisdom into my postpartum care to support women during one of the most transformative times in their lives.

I’m here to meet the unique dynamics and needs of your family, anchored in grounded presence, love, and respect.

Wishing you and your family the most graceful postpartum period,

Victoria

FAQ’s

  • Whether you're pregnant and planning for postpartum, feeling unsure about what comes next, or already holding your little one in your arms, postpartum doulas are here to support you.

Every family's needs during the postpartum period are unique, and doulas provide care tailored to those needs, helping to create the best postpartum experience you envision.

If you're considering hiring a postpartum doula but aren't sure if it's the right next step, I invite you to reach out! I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.

  • Postpartum doulas specialize in supporting families during the postpartum period and the early stages of newborn life.

While their role can share similarities with those of a night/baby nurse, midwife, nanny, or breastfeeding specialist, their focus is on providing compassionate, non-judgmental support specifically to mama and baby.

They offer emotional, physical, and educational guidance during the first days or weeks after your baby is born, and advocate for the well-being of the mother and baby. Postpartum doulas do not perform clinical tasks or medical exams.

  • The overall schedule can differ week to week, but postpartum doulas are there to ensure that parents feel supported, rested, and resourced during the transition into life with a newborn.

I offer flexible scheduling based on your family’s needs, with daytime and nighttime support (until 9 pm) available.

  • Yes! If the pre-bundled packages don’t quite meet your needs, please reach out via the form below and let me know what type of care you’re looking for.

Whether you need more or fewer hours, or a flexible schedule that works with your routine, we can collaborate to create a custom postpartum plan.

Custom packages are available for both online and in-person support.

  • How wonderful to have support from your family.

I believe layering your support systems during the fourth trimester is incredibly beneficial, not just for mama, but for the entire ecosystem of the home.

Postpartum doulas offer specialized attention and care, providing emotional, physical, and educational guidance. We’re trained for this! My role is to contribute to the support system you already have in place—stepping in where needed most.

If you’re wondering how this type of care can fit into your existing support system, reach out so we can discuss!
